Meditation is an invitation to walk the path of mindfulness. Through practice, you will discover
a sense of deep well-being and inner richness
that can transform every aspect of your life. You already have everything that you need to take the first steps on this path: your body, your mind, your heart, and the willingness to explore what it means to live with wholeheartedness and sensitivity. In addition, you have Christina Feldman’s Beginner’s Guide to Buddhist Meditation. Open to meditation practice, and you will learn to place your deepest longings and aspirations for relaxation, peace, stillness, and transformation at the centre of your life.
