Oliver Roberts
has been a long-distance cyclist and triathlete for five years. He competes in events ranging from 10-mile (16-km) time trials (with a best time of 22:26), to full marathons in London, Bristol, Great Yarmouth, Reading, and Nottingham, and the half ironman distance triathlons. He is also the fitness and nutrition writer for one of the UK’s best-selling sports and fitness magazines, Runner’s World.
A dedicated cycle-commuter, Oliver averages a little over 200 miles in the saddle each week. He trains twice a day, six days a week, and juggles cycling with swimming, running, weight training, and yoga.
