The asanas section comprises 33 positions, from the Full Body Stretch, through classic postures such as the Downward Dog, Boat, Camel and many more, to the Savasana. The step-by-step captions are clear and easy to follow, and there are also guidelines on the specific benefits of each move along with tips and prompts to help you adapt or modify your technique. This comprehensive, fully illustrated guide will allow you to enjoy the wide-ranging benefits of yoga as a holistic discipline and a way of life.
