Can you sit quietly for five minutes without craving something to occupy you? Can you eat on your own at a restaurant without feeling self-conscious? Most of us find it difficult to be with ourselves. We use distractions—the TV, other people, or general busyness—to avoid our own company. Finding the Inner You addresses this fundamental angst within each of us. It provides a complete personal development strategy that will help you overcome your internal barriers and reveal your true potential.

The art of knowing and being yourself is one that philosophers and poets have studied for centuries. To some it comes naturally, while for others it can take a lifetime. Finding the into you takes the reader on a fascinating journey of discovery, using self extermination exercises and centring techniques such as meditation. It also relates the many rewards that discovering of self can bring, including confidence and inner peace.
