T’ai chi enhances flexibility, tones the body, helps to promote relaxation and coordination, and is an excellent way to relieve stress and tension. After practising t’ai chi you should feel well exercised, but unlike other forms of exercise, which may leave you feeling tired and needing to rest, you will feel refreshed, revitalised and relaxed. With the amazing detail of Flowmotion, you will be able to follow each part of this gentle but effective practice to achieve greater health.

Flow motion Tai Chi demonstrates the full 24-step Beijing short form, fully illustrated and complemented with hints, tips and advice on improving your technique. A learning program provides a structured week-by-week format that teaches the forms quickly and accurately.
