After the elation of birth, most new mothers have doubts about their ability to be a mum as well as a woman. This book tells woman everything they need to know about mothering in the first year and staying sane as the baby transform is from helpless newborn to assured one-year-olds.

As your baby is transformed from helpless newborn to assured one year old, you will grow from an apprehensive new parent into a confident mom. This book will help you to look after your baby, promote your baby’s mental and physical skills, and understand what is happening to your body and mind in these exciting months. Plus there’s plenty of space for you to record events and make notes. At the end of the year, you’ll be able to see how far you’ve both come!
